Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 3 Swiss cheese slices, halved
- 3 ham slices, halved
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
Instructions
- Flatten chicken breasts with wooden mallet. Cover each half breast with a slice of cheese and ham. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
- In skillet, brown chicken in hot margarine. Arrange in slow cooker.
- Combine soup, milk, sherry, and pepper and pour over chicken. Cover pot and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

Have not tried this recipe yet, sounds good... However, ALL recipes that call for Cream of Mushroom soup I have used Campbells GOLDEN MUSHROOM soup!!!! LOTS better EARTHY ?? Tasting flavor...TRY IT...
