Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced thickly
  • 1 (2-pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 soup can milk

Instructions

  1. Combine sausage, potatoes, green onions, pepper and garlic powder in well-greased slow cooker. Stir gently to mix.
     
  2. Whisk together soup and milk. Pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
     
  3. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours.
