- 1 1/2 pound potatoes, cut into fourths
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 8 ounces baby carrots
- 3 1/2 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (about 10.5 ounces) condensed beef broth
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, onion, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, beef broth, flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, marjoram, and pepper in a 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker. Mix to combine.
- Add beef. Cover and cook on low heat setting until vegetables and beef are tender.
