Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, cubed
- 6 large carrots, chopped
- 3 pounds deer, cut into 1.5" cubes
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 (12-ounce) package onions, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth, condensed
- 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce
Instructions
- Layer potatoes and then carrots on bottom of liner.
- Lay meat on top of vegetables.
- Sprinkle meat with soy sauce, crushed bouillon cube, pepper and flour.
- Spread with chopped onions.
- Combine beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all. Place liner in base.
- Cover and cook on auto for 7 hours, or low 9-11 hours or high 5 hours.
