Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
Great slow cooker recipes are hard to come by. Try these Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes for a nice change of pace from the usual slow cooker stew. Made with ham and hash-browns this can be enjoyed for any meal of the day.

Ingredients
- 24 ounces package loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers
- 2 cups diced fully cooked ham
- 2 ounces jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (10.75-ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a 3 1/2, 4, or 5-quart crockery cooker, combine frozen hash brown potatoes, ham, pimiento, parsley, and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk; pour over the potato mixture in the crockery cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low setting for 7 to 9 hours, or on High setting for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir before serving.
