Cheesy Turkey Cottage Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 cup frozen cottage-style potatoes
  • 1 cup pasteurized process cheese product
  • 2 cup cubed cooked turkey
  • 2 ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 2 cup frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained

Instructions

Spray inside of Crock-Pot with cooking spray. Place potatoes in layer in bottom of Crock-Pot. Stir in remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
