    Ingredients

    • 3 pounds chicken pieces
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 1 green pepper, thin strips
    • 1/2 cup celery, diced
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    • 16 ounces canned tomatoes
    • 4 ounces canned sliced mushrooms, drained

    Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.
