Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler-fryer, cut up
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 4 ounces can mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
- 1/2 pound seedless green grapes, halved
Instructions
In skillet, brown chicken in margarine. Place in bottom of slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients except grapes and pour over chicken parts. Cover pot and cook on LOW for 7-9 hours, or less if chicken is tender. Just before serving stir in grapes, reserving some for garnish. Serve with rice.
