Ingredients

  • 2 pound great northern beans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large onions, cut in chunks
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 6 ounce tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Soak beans in water overnight. Drain beans. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir to coat beans. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until the beans are cooked through.
