Ingredients
- 3 pound London broil, cut into 3 pieces (you can also use “Top Round” or “Flank Steak”)
- 1 can (14-ounces) low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5-ounces) condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, low-sodium
- 1 can (24-ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 whole cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 onion, sliced in large slices
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped into 1-inch chunks
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- salt and pepper to taste

Place the meat on the bottom of the slow cooker, add in the rest of the ingredients.

urn the slow cooker on LOW and cook for 7-8 hours…a couple hours longer is fine. Stir the gravy in the pot then ladle the finished product over mashed potatoes or creamy grits and serve with a side salad.
