Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pound brisket
  • 2 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce.
     
  2. Wrap in foil and place in slow cooker.
     
  3. Put on low for 8-10 hours.
     
  4. Remove and slice the meat across the grain.
     
  5. Return to slow-cooker, add barbecue sauce, and cook for 1 hour.
