Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pound brisket
- 2 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce.
- Wrap in foil and place in slow cooker.
- Put on low for 8-10 hours.
- Remove and slice the meat across the grain.
- Return to slow-cooker, add barbecue sauce, and cook for 1 hour.
