Miss Piggie's Go To Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lean pork roast, cut into cubes
  • 2 can chicken broth
  • 1 fresh tomato, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can whole green chilis, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
  • 3 large cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can hominy

Instructions

  1. Brown pork slightly in a skillet.  Add to slow cooker.
     
  2. Mix in chicken broth, tomato, onion, green chilis, garlic, oregano, salt, and hominy.  Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
