Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 4 pork steaks, cut into strips
- 15 ounce can hominy, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 ounce can diced green chiles, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Sliced radishes
- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
Combine chicken, pork, hominy, onions, chiles, salt, pepper, and chili powder in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low about 4 hours. Spoon into a serving bowl; sprinkle with sliced radishes and chopped cilantro.
