Round Steak slow cooker

Ingredients

• 1 round steak, approximately 1 1/2-3 lbs.
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 can mushroom soup or 1 can mushrooms
• 1 c. water or tomato juice
• 1/2 teaspoon steak sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 sm. green pepper, chopped
• 1 sm. onion, chopped
