Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 24 1/2 ounce jar sweet and sour cooking sauce for chicken
- 16 ounce pkg frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, and sweet red peppers
- 2 cup hot cooked rice
Instructions
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. In slow cooker, combine chicken, cooking sauce, and frozen vegetables. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 5 to 6 hours, or on HIGH setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve with hot cooked rice.
