Sherried Beef Tips

Ingredients
- 3 pound beef stew or sirloin tip roast cut into small pieces
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
Place beef in bottom of slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients well, and pour over beef. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.
