Simple Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
- 2 cans (about 16 ounces) kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans (about 14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Place kidney beans, tomatoes, ground beef, onion, pepper, garlic, chili powder, pepper, cumin, and salt in the slow cooker. Stir once. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
