Slow Cooker Meat Pasta Sauce
This Slow Cooker Meat Pasta Sauce gives you a taste of Italy without having to slave over a hot stove all day. You won't find a recipe for rich meat sauce for pasta that's more flavorful than this! If you love Italian sausage, this sauce is for you!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 can (28-ounce) Italian tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 can (28-ounce) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (28-ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6-ounce) tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 4 garlic cloves, minced or put through press
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Romano cheese, finely grated

Instructions
- Saute onion in oil, adding sausage and beef a little at a time. Cook over medium high heat until browned.
- Drain and add to slow cooker with all other ingredients except cheese.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- Just before serving add cheese and stir.
- Serve over your favorite pasta.
