"Pork shoulder is placed in a slow cooker with fresh pineapple, bacon, garlic, broth, and apple cider vinegar and left to meld and simmer for 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low. The pineapple pulled pork is then served over cilantro lime cauliflower "rice" and topped with fresh guacamole. It's a perfect meal for when you just want to set it and forget it until it's dinner time.
