Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (powder)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoon corn syrup (or honey)
- 4 medium sized chicken breasts
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, white wine, salt, pepper, ginger powder, ornage juice, corn syrup (or honey).
- Marinate chicken in a covered bowl overnight in this mixture.
- Place chicken and marinade in slow cooker. Cook all day on low until chicken is done and bleeds clear.
