Spicy Beef Roast

Ingredients
- 3 pound round tip roast or brisket, trimmed of fat
- 2 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Rub cracked black pepper and garlic on to roast. Put roast in slow cooker. Make several shallow slits in top of roast.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 5 hours.
