Ingredients

  • 1 (1-1/2-pound) 2 cups assorted vegetables 1 packet Chings veg manchurian masala Spring onions
  1. In a heated pan, add oil, ginger, garlic, onions and saute.

  2. Add in assorted boiled vegetables and toss.

  3. Put Chings veg manchurian masala and spring onions and mix well.

  4. Serve hot.
