Super Slow Cooker Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can organic tomato paste
- 16 ounces can organic tomato sauce
- 7 whole fresh tomatoes, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 4 cups spaghetti noodles, or pasta of choice
Instructions
- Brown ground beef slightly in a frying pan and toss into slow cooker.
- Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes, stir together.
- Add wine, seasonings, all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add hot water if needed, but don't make it too thin. Put slow cooker on low and cook all day or at least 6 hours. Taste, to adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti with Parmesan cheese on top, if so desired.
