Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 10 chocolate or vanilla cream-filled, sandwich-style cookies
- 2 ounce chopped unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sifted icing sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place cookies in a plastic bag and crumble.

Prepare cake mix with eggs and oil according to package directions. Stir in cookies.

Bake according to pacakge directions (start checking the cupcakes about 10 minutes before the time indicated on package).

Meanwhile, prepare icing.
- Spread icing over tops of cooled cupcakes.

Melt chocolate and butter together.
- When chocolate mixture is cooled, gradually beat in icing sugar and milk.
