Self Filled Cupcakes

This recipe is just too good to pass up! The magic of this cupcake recipe is the chocolate, chocolate chips, and cream cheese. Just fill some muffin cups and bake this sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate cake mix
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Mix cake mix by box directions.
     
  3. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Beat cream cheese with sugar.
     
  4. Beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
     
  5. Drop 1 teaspoon cheese mixture into each cupcake center.
     
  6. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven until done.
