Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix (plus ingredients needed to prepare the mix, such as oil, eggs, etc.)
- 2 container vanilla frosting
- red and blue food coloring
- piping bag

Instructions:

Make cupcakes according to box package instructions. Set aside and allow to cool completely.

Empty contents of one frosting container into a large bowl. Mix with blue food coloring, set aside.

Divide second frosting into two bowls. Keep one white and mix red food coloring into the second bowl. Set aside.

Frost cupcakes blue. Allow to hardened, approximately 10 minutes.

Using a piping bag, pipe the white frosting on the blue tops to resemble a British flag.

Go over the white frosting with the red frosting, using a piping bag.
