Homemade Boursin with Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Beau Monde Seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Instructions
Makes about 1-1/4 cups. Beat cream cheese and butter together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Be sure to scrape bowl often. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pack into a container, cover tightly and allow to stay refrigerated for at least 12 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve chilled with crackers.
