Mock Clotted Cream
Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsalted butter
- 1/2 a small level tsp of powdered gelatine
- 4 ounces milk
Instructions
Warm milk. Melt butter and gelatine in milk. Put in liquidizer (blender/food processor). Switch on for 1-1/2 minutes. Transfer to jug and leave in fridge overnight.
