Seasoned Butter Spread

- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, very finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, very finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 stick butter, softened

Chop parsley and garlic on the cutting board, then sprinkle with salt and paprika and mash together with the side of a knife until a smooth paste is formed.
