Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 6 tbsp sweet butter, melted and slightly cooled

Instructions

Mix the dry milk and sugar together, and then slowly add the boiling water. Stir in the melted butter. Whip in a blender or by hand until smooth. Store milk in the refrigerator for 1 week, or freeze the extra for up to 6 months. Yield: 20 ounces
