Black Pepper Slaw
This cabbage coleslaw recipe requires you a blender and a stove top to create the most delicious coleslaw possible. Black pepper slaw is a tasty coleslaw recipe the family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 large head caggage
- 1 bell pepper, can mix 1/2 red and 1/2 green for color
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dill seed
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- In your blender grate together cabbage, bell pepper and onion; dain well.
- Sprinkle the sugar over top and do not stir.
- Put appple cider vineger, oil, mustard, dill seed, celery seed, salt, black pepper and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for one minute.
- Remove from heat and pour mixture over cabbage, mix well.
- Keep refrigerated. Best served next day.
