Unique "Loaded" Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
- 4 sweet pickles, chopped
- 2 ounces pimento, diced
- 6 ounces black olives, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad herbs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain, rinse in cold water.

Place cooked macaroni in large bowl along with eggs, pickles, olives, pimentos and onion.

In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, salad herbs, paprika and mustard.

Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.

My family will love this macaroni salad. It's a great mix of things I normally put in my macaroni, potato, and pasta salads. It's funny how you never think to mix it up and put new ingredients in your old standby salads. I will be making this next week to serve with grilled chicken and baked beans.
