Berry Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 Graham cracker crust for 9" square pan reserve some for top
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 eggs or equivalent amount of pasteurized egg product
- Dry berries (raspberries or strawberries)
- 1 cup whipping cream
Instructions
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of cracker crust in pan. Beat butter and powdered sugar together till creamy. Beat in eggs and spread over nut crust. Spread berries on top of buttercream layer. Whip cream till stiff; spread over berries. Sprinkler with remaining graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serves 9.
