Best Apple Crumble Bars

"One of the reasons I love Apple Crumble Bars is because they are loaded to the gills with crumbs. Most of the cakes you’ll find on my blog have a crumb topping, yes… buttery slightly crispy little crumbs are my weakness. Apple Crumble Bars are crumbs from top to bottom. The bottom layer is crumbs, the apples are coated with crumbs and the topping is crumbs. I was in pig heaven when these came out of the oven! Apples and crumbs, I mean seriously. This makes me CRAZY!! You can cut these delicious Apple Crumble Bars and eat them as is OR…. Crumble the bars and top them with ice cream, excuse me while I go eat my bowl of Apple Crumble Bars with ice cream, Enjoy! "
