This carrot cake is really dark brown in colour its because of the sugar i added, in this carrot cake i added muscavado sugar which is unrefined brown sugar which has the strong content of molases. It has the less sugar sweetness, infact i added addition 1/2 cup of sugar to achieve the sweetness. so when your trying this recipe"
