"Cherry Mousse – an easy delicious dessert perfect for so many occasions during the year. The recipe as is makes 8 servings but it can easily be doubled to serve more people. If you don’t feel like dividing the dessert out into individual servings place it into a pretty bowl and spoon Cherry Mousse out into dessert dishes before it’s served. Making it in a pretty bowl makes it very easy to transport to a friends house for dessert, Summer bbq’s and Winter holiday celebrations, to work as a treat for your co workers or to take to a pot luck dinner. Since we’re using a canned cherry pie filling and cherry jello to make our Cherry Mousse I see no reason why you couldn’t make flavor variations of this mousse by using different canned fruit pie fillings with the jello flavor that matches it. For example if you wanted to make Strawberry Mousse using canned strawberry pie filling, use strawberry jello. Make Raspberry Mousse using canned raspberry pie filling and raspberry jello. Cherry Mousse will serve you well as a delicious treat anytime of the year, make it and ENJOY! "
