"These Molasses Sugar Cookies are soft and chewy and remind us of the cookies my grandma used to make. Made with softened butter, ginger, cinnamon, and molasses they really are a great cookie around the holidays, but once you taste them you might not be able to stop yourself from making them year round. They have quickly become a favorite in our house and like most cookies, they are complimented perfectly by a nice cold glass of milk."
