"Chocolate crepe cake is a spin-off of the traditional crepe cake. The crepes are made with a chocolate dessert batter and sandwiched between layers of smooth Nutella whipped cream. The chocolate and hazelnut combination works very well together! The overall effect is very fun and when you cut into the completed crepe cake, you can see all the layers you've worked hard to build! The cake ranges from 25-30 layers, just depending on the amount of crepes you yield from the batter."
