Ingredients
- 3 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Unsweetened Dutch Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 ounce Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Mint Extract
- 2 drop Green Food Coloring
- 3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 6 ounce Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 5 tablespoon Butter

Preheat the oven to 350F and line the baking pan with parchment paper. Allow parchment paper to hang over the edge as handles for later use.

In a bowl, melt together the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the butter in the microwave in 15 second increments. Stirring with a spoon between each time. This should not take longer than 1 minute. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before adding other ingredients.
