Chocolatey Peanut Butter Fudge
Like chocolate? Like peanut butter? There is no better way to combine them than in this tasty fudge. Substituting pumpkin for the usual oil makes it a lower-fat dessert option, too. Yum!

Ingredients
- 2 cups canned pure pumpkin
- 18 1/3 ounces box Betty Frocker Fudge Brownies Mix
- 2 tablespoons Better 'n Peanut Butter or low-fat peanut butter, room temperature
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Mix together pumpkin and brownie mix in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
3. Spray an 8" X 8" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour in the pumpkin/brownie mixture.
4. Spoon the peanut butter over the top, using a table knife to make a swirl pattern on the top of the brownie mixture.
5. Bake for 35 minutes and remove from oven. Batter will appear uncooked.
6. Cover with foil and let it cool for a few hours.
7. Cut into 36 bars and serve.
