- 2 C flour
- 1 C cocoa
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
- 4 eggs (room temp)
- 1/2 C milk
