Country Dessert Dumplings

Ingredients
- For the Dumplings:
- 1 pound Ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon melted butter or extra virgin coconut oil
- 4 tablespoon natural maple syrup
- For the Sauce:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup deseeded and cut plums
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon natural maple syrup
- 1/2 cup to one cup of water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions

For the Sauce:

Take all sauce ingredients with ½ cup of water, place in large saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes or until it becomes thick sauce.

For the Dumplings:

Mix well all dumpling dough ingredients.

When sauce is thickened, start adding dumplings to hot sauce with ice cream scoop. If sauce is too thick, dilute it with a little bit of water.

Cook for 5-7 minutes or until puffed and beautiful.
