"This is the ULTIMATE Pumpkin Pie! Complete with a homemade pie crust, creamy cheesecake layer and homemade pumpkin pudding on top, it is easily made no bake! I wanted to keep the recipe simple but I also wanted a light, creamy texture to both layers. I decided to skip the traditional baked pumpkin pie and go with a pumpkin cream pie of sorts — with a homemade cooked pumpkin pudding!
