Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup mango puree
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 packet Gelatin

Pour heavy cream, milk, mango puree, and 1/4 cup sugar into a small saucepan.

Stir to dissolve the sugar on low heat.

The cream should be around 190-200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract with lemon juice.

Set aside to cool.

Bloom the gelatin according to the package instructions.
