"Sobret is also known as ‘sherbet’, although the two have their distinct differences. Sorbet traditionally doesn’t contain any dairy in it and is usually made with fruit and sugar. Shebet on the other hand does contain dairy (milk), and while it too also comes with fruit, it’s much more creamier than sorbet. As compared to ice cream, which contains much more dairy and fat than the other two, sorbet is definitely a way more healthier alternative."
