"A somewhat modern take on classic French madeleines, these double chocolate madeleines are given a chocolate flavor using cocoa powder in the batter, and then dipped in melted dark chocolate to add a decadent chocolate coating. These cake-like treats can be consumed as a sweet snack or a dessert. Chocolate madeleines in particular, pair especially well with a cup of coffee. The whole recipe comes together in a little over one hour (and that includes time to chill the batter). "
