Easy Cinnamon Apple Pie Poppers
Easy Cinnamon Apple Pie Poppers are the perfect sweet snack for fall. These little apple pie bites are great if you want a little treat without having to spend hours in the kitchen baking a beautiful apple pie. These tasty little bites are just apple pie mini muffins rolled in cinnamon sugar, and boy are they delicious! Make these as a special treat for your grandkids when they come over to visit or bring them to the next church potluck. What's even better about these apple pie bites is that you can have them for breakfast or dessert! For a less sweet version, just leave off the last step and don't roll them in cinnamon sugar. These are complemented wonderfully by a warm cup of apple cider.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoon cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and spray your mini muffin pan lightly with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

In a smaller bowl, mix together oil, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, apple pie filling, and milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Add additional wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Use a scoop to fill muffin tins and bake for approximately 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt butter and set aside. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.

When the mini muffins are cooked, allow them to cool for a few minutes before rolling in melted butter and then cinnamon sugar. Serve and enjoy.
