"Just as incredibly delicious as it is foolproof, this gluten free king cake recipe was created and tested rigorously by a south Louisiana native. Using your choice of a Bundt pan or traditional roll-out method, the sweet dough is sandwiched between a cream cheese and blueberry preserves filling. Once baked and cooled, you drizzle an easy homemade confectioner’s sugar glaze over the top, then finish the GF king cake off with finishing sugars. Then, you put it to the test, because no one will suspect that this legit king cake is gluten free. Happy Mardi Gras in your mouth, y’all!! "
