Homemade Pumpkin Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 stick butter (6 tablespoons)
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin
- 3/4 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
- 1/2 jar (3.5-ounces) marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil, stirring often, until candy thermometer reaches 235-240 degrees F. (soft ball stage).

Immediately add remaining ingredients and stir until melted.

Remove from heat and pour into wax paper-lined, and buttered, 9x9" baking dish.

Smooth and cool on wire rack for 1.5 hours then refrigerate for up to 2 hours before slicing into cubes and serving.
