- 1/2 cup graham crackers
- 3 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) block of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Divide evenly into 4 small glasses. Refrigerate while making the filling.

In the metal bowl of a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Remove to another bowl and set aside.

In the same bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and whip until the mixture is no longer lumpy and very smooth.

Carefully fold in the whipped cream with a spatula until there are no more lumps.

Spoon into the glasses over the graham crackers and refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
